Cameras by agency

Record For item 5, the camera inventory, the City produced its Flock deployment tracker, a file dated October 5, 2026. It lists 24 devices, every one marked installed: 22 license plate reader cameras and 2 compute boxes, each with its location name, latitude and longitude and device type. The cameras carry installation dates: 16 between September 15 and October 4, 2022, 5 in 2023 and 1 on April 8, 2024. The Council memo of July 10, 2023 says "The 22 ALPRs were installed in strategic locations throughout the city and TIF District B in the fall of 2022." The Public Safety Advisory Committee minutes of February 28, 2023 record 1,095,482 plate reads with 22 cameras and 28 hits; the minutes give no period for either figure.

Record Bloomfield Township's inventory lists twenty Flock LPR cameras in three deployments: nine in the "New Deal" deployment (seven installed February and March 2024, two dated December 18, 2024), nine installed April through October 2024, and two on Lincoln Road installed September 2025. Every location name in the inventory includes Telegraph, Woodward, Square Lake, Maple, Lahser, Big Beaver, Opdyke or Franklin; the two Lincoln Road cameras are listed at Lincoln Road's corners with Telegraph and Lahser. The Department's audit memos describe 18 units that "cover both inbound and outbound vehicle traffic through Bloomfield Township".
